thankfulness

I have been under  the weather for several days.
A flair up of fibromyalgia...

I was laying in bed today and realized that I could feel
every breath I took, you know you don't usually notice
that but today I did and realized that every breath I have
every breath I take is a gift from God and I should use it
accordingly...

I'm not really sure what that looks like but I need to seriously
think about it.

I don't often thank God for the very breath He gives me
and where would I be with out it?   Well we all know the
answer to that...

It's a normal function we all have that we don't often think about
But as I said today I did.

Thank you Father for the gift of breath you have given me.

So what are you thankful for that you don't often think about????
